Design, construction and fitting wood-panelled ceiling over barrel room. This project required no less than 20 cubic metres of Douglas fir
The ceiling was fitted above the barrels during the wine maturation process
This project required extensive work for fitting false beams, joists, mouldings, planks, etc. The wood is left completely untreated and the colour will change with time
